Help/Support Restore 8.3 backup to 8.2

still not working.

1. Itools is not making full backups.

2. After downgrade I still have that -1.

Try using iCloud backup. Restore to 8.3 using backup. Then backup through iCloud. Downgrade then restore from iCloud backup.

I will downgrade to 8.2 and I will setup it as new iphone.
