Help/Support iPad Stuck, Help!

try using RecBoot maybe. if you can access through ssh, try to delete the app or boot to Safe Mode. try to run this command in ssh :

killall SpringBoard

it should work maybe. if its in DFU mode, use a software like DiDA mentioned to get it out of that.

Go into safe mode and delete any recently downloaded tweaks

It might not run with your device

There are many options then just restoring

Its stuck in DFU Mode now.. I will try the program DiDA gave and hopefully I will be able to do what you guys said

Well what I did were I shut down/ press and hold down home botton and the botton on top left or right of u iPad.

Then ur iPad will shut down after that turn on ur iPad but make sure u don't see the apple logo. Press and hold down home botton and volume up botton. ( keep holding it or u have to restart )

Then it bring u back from ur normal locked screan
