Help/Support App not working anymore

For some reason my app wont work anymore. I can't even open it. I tap the icon i get the screen then it immediately force close's. I double tap the home button and i can see my inventory in game but if i click on the app it will just force close again. 

Do I need to reload the app with cydia or is this a known issue that I am no aware of? 

FYI non JB, and I am not running it under apple developer.  If it helps also this all started after the new IOS update. 11.3.1, I lost all profiles, and trusted developers also. I am assuming this is the problem. But I figured id ask just in case.

Hey! I’ve run into this problem before but then I figured it out. What you need to do is remove the app from your phone, and then install the updated IPA, you will have to reinstall every 7 days (because you’re not jail broken). You’ll have to go to your settings and trust the developer every time you do this.
