Help/Support Ipad abruptly muted?

Hello, I am running 11.1.1 on Ipad mini 4 and I was watching Netflix and i realized i needed to update my Moviebox so I did and then suddenly the audio cut out and it's stuck on heasdphones (even without being bluetoothed or plged in) so i can't hear the speakers, I've tried removing, installing and even hard rebooting and nothing has worked. Please help.

When I try to up the volume it says "headphones"when it's suppose to say volume or something like that and I can't hear my ipad's speaker

Did you go in Control Center in the device's section? I don't know what it is for iOS11 but I know you can choose the device on iOS10

It shows me "Control Centre"but when i press it just says customize

When you double click your home button I suppose. Send a screenshot of what the multitasking looks like

First, diable Bluetooth because it might be tinkering with your Bluetooth earphones or something. Next, hold the Music box and send a screenshot

Ok click the little airdropish button. It should show you a menu of where the output is playing.
