That boss/monster is the one with the hand like a saw right? I've defeated him using the same champ like him but theres another way.. use a range champ & turn off NoSkillCooldown/Godmode/OneHitKill and thats how you will kill it. Tho you need a timing do it after his spinning skill..

 

Then on Arena/PVP just turn off the OneHitKill & Godmode. In here you need some powerfull champs tho.
