General Best language for hacking ios games and other games

Hey! I wonder what's the absolute best programing language you need to know to start with hacking mobile  games and pc games.

Depends. For mobile it's called ARM. It's not really a language but it's the language of the instructions. C++ and Obj-C may also come in handy while hacking mobile games.

I never implemented it in hacking but it can be implemented  I use Visual Studio though
