Help/Support Need help with Cydia

I have 6 upgrades available 3 of them essential one and when I try to upgrade them they say this:

Delete Pacix and HashBang, these are now default repos on cydia. i wont delete them, just the duplicates

Go on the inessential ones and go on Modify>Remove to remove them from the queue.i should work now since the other packages are unfound.

When I hit remove clear install any of those it’s the same error everytime... I didn’t even do anything with Filza at all

Follow @shaunieboy's instructions. I'm not on iOS 11 so I don't know these issues
