Yo guys i just noticed that win 7 is the best choice and i deleted the zorin os by managing the disks and removing the partition when i restarted my laptop and now i got this :/ please someone help me i dont want to format my laptop again and again!

You've probably overwrote your Windows Bootloader.

 

Insert your installation DVD/USB and see if you can get into CMD via the recivery options on the CD.

When you open the command prompt, type in these commands one after the other:

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

bootrec /RebuildBcd

ah okay thanks lemme try it as soon as i download win7 and i will tick it as solved :)

Do you know how to open CMD on the Windows 7 DVD?
