I got my hands on 

Tried it out, worked perfectly last 2 times. 
Now microphone - Voice talk- Doesnt work when i connect into game or when im in the lobby. What to do?

Why would you say it’s an issue with the IPA?

I dont know. I reinstalled the ipa multiple times but no fixes. All previous Hack worked perfectly fine.
