I fixed it by copying sdk zip file to sdks folder, than extracting it on phone

than run:
ln -s $THEOS/makefiles/platform/Darwin-arm{,64}.mk
ln -s $THEOS/makefiles/targets/Darwin-arm{,64}

also I used 11.2 sdk
