This was a custom hack requested by @Syedhamza008 so i dont care if its linked with enemy or not or if u dont like the attack delay adjustment

Installation Instructions:
STEP 1: Download the Modded APK file above using your favorite browser or a download manager of your choice.

And here's

You made opposite of attack delay.??

it's increase attack delay instead of decrease that's why units were stuck on attack??. My 30% faster means was decreased

ya its 80% instead of 130% , its kinda better like if u see the video

The Attack Delay for all units is adjusted to same, and chance of atacking is 80%, like the tank acted as bait for 2 troops, and the other tank took them both out, if there was no change done to attack delay, the infantry and tanks would have taken each other out and no one would have survived
