(I'm not sure if this would help you but it definitely helped me.)
The story starts off with me playing Marvel Contest of Champions with the free jailbroken hack about a year ago, but I stopped playing as soon as it was permanently banned, which was also the time I got my first 5-star hero. So I gave up and lost all hope that my account was lost.

A year past and I decided to re-download the game hoping that something will happen, which was just a few days ago from typing this right now. When I opened it said there was already an account found, and it says do you want to continue I pressed continue and guess what? It was my old account. But I removed the app from multitasking, to just see if it was legit or something. And when I opened the app again it says I'm permanently banned, again. Just like last time. So I decided to reinstall the game and go through the process again, I press continue and then I was on the language tab. At that time I decided to check if the free MCOC (marvel contest of champions) hack worked, and it did. I played a bit with the hack and made some progress, I decided to get rid of the app from multitasking to see if it's banned again when I made some progress. And guess what it wasn't banned anymore. And I'm still playing. I still find this totally wierd.

P.S - The account that was banned was a local, not a kabam account.
- I installed the hack again while it was on language tab

- I re-download this game after about a year or two.

There's a good chance that this will not work for you, but it randomly worked for me.
