Instant Level doesn't seem to work. I'm not having the same issue as the the others. I log into my account just fine, but I'm just not leveling up at all.

I did. I won a race gained 400xp from the reward. Didn't level up. 

Now I also noticed, even if it's saying I'm winning the races, I'm losing the match in the end.
