I FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK! THIS IS AMAZING!

 

To those who tried to install using cydia impactor, and the impactor just closes or disappears without finishing the installation, try these steps. (This made mine work.)
 

1. Make a new user account on your PC or laptop. Do all of the following steps using this new account.

2. Download Cydia Impactor 0.9.43

3. Download Cydia Impactor 0.9.44

(You'll need the lower version to revoke certificates)

4. Open Impactor 0.9.43 and connect your iDevice.

5. Click on the Xcode tab and select REVOKE CERTIFICATES, enter your credentials and wait for it to finish. It should take only about 5-10 seconds.

6. You can then use Cydia Impactor 0.9.44 to install the .ipa
