They both work. You just need to use Cydia Impactor to install if you're on Electra.

My bad, the deb I got was from another similar site. That being said I installed downloading with ifile and installing with that, installed fine but crashed upon opening and I also tried installing using the ipa side loader on appdb and same deal with that too. Is the only way with impactor via PC or should those have worked as well? 

I don’t mean to be pedantic I just ask as cracked stores hosting this (appdb, NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED ! and NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED!) all use this same file and none of them even start to download too for anyone so not sure if it’s due to a bug within them all or this version
