It's a cooldown in just like cooldown in unit spwan but in unit spwan cooldown you can't add limit. But in attack delay (Cooldown) you can control the and you can increase cooldown as much and decrease as much in simple words if I say it's just attack damage it's will find you maybe slight down below the attack damage. Got it?
