I was getting stuck at the login as well with game freezing up, iPhone 6 10.3.1. 

Connecting to Wifi or a hotspot solved this and allowed me to log in. Currently using the 3G unrestrictor on the PUBG app and it is working.

have you tried remove the hack . uninstall the game and reinstall back ?

I've found this only works if you are trying to log in using wifi. Without it, it doesn't work

Explains it.. im on LTE, I deleted the game and followed the directions but it still didn’t work. Oh well I don’t have wifi lol
