I see bro because new accounts with low ranks won't get banned.

According to what we know, only high rank players who have been reported by other players with good statistics (kills) got a higher chance to get banned.

We don't really know how Tencent's system working. Maybe the account you playing now hasn't been reported by others for awhile or your statistics is low. All for safety guessing. Better to wait for the big boss update.
