I'm on 10.3.1 6s doesn't work I have unlimited ammo in game but the bullets do no damage, I shot about 30 shotgun saiga shells point blank and the guy didn't die

i can see the number of the bullet is not reducing,, but seem like doesn't hurt the enemy....

i activate before start the game.... during ingame i try off... and fire, the bullet  reduce, i activate back, the bullet didn't reduce.....

but seem like not hurting the enemy....
