@DiDA please update the Sims Mobile to version 13.0.0, and if possible please Auto - Update the App, as this App is Updated Frequently. The App is not letting me pay without updating, I.e, re-directs me to AppStore. 

Just please either Update/ preferably Auto-update / let us by-pass the Update POP-up !

@Laxus yeah, but when I installed from app, there is no icon of the sims mobile and when I tap on it, it is not opening or it’s unresponsive. So, I opened F.A.Q and tried to trust the app but there is no trace of the sims mobile in profile and device management. Is there something wrong with the app or my device ? Did the app work for you? 😅
