Help/Support Cydia wants to delete essential packages

Please help me! Cydia wants to delete the essential packages. I didn't do anything that could cause this error, it was there as soon as I installed Cydia. You can see it on the pictures

That’s not normal. Have you used a previous jailbreak?

Yes, i have been jailbreaking since iOS 8. But the problem is that if i can't update the cydia installer, I can't install any other tweaks. As soon as I want to update/install a tweak, it also deletes the packages. I did try to turn on ignore updates on cydia installer, but this deleted my repo and changes list and I had to reinstall cydia.

This happened to me when I tried upgrading to the latest llvm+clang update and this is my only issue, I just ignored the update because it states that it's for x64 devices while mine's still x32 .Other updates works fine.

Thx but I'am on iOS 11.1.2 and have a 64 bit device

I found out that cy+cpu.arm64 was missing an entry in the /dpkg/status file. So I added it manually, once that was done I went back to cydia. Cydia didn't want to delete the essential packages anymore, but as soon as I tried to install a tweak it gave me an error that the filename for cy+cpu.arm64 in/dpkg/status was empty.
