Hey I want to download some of the content here on my IOS 10.3.3 32bit iPhone 5c, but I don't have the appropriate ifile, ifunbox, filza etc. program. Do you know of any?

I'm looking for any compatable way to get ifile or filza so I can download hacks. But the ones in Cydia won't work.

Filza is there but won't work and always has error when installing through cydia.

The error says

Is there any file manager jailbroken or not for iOS 10.3, 32 bit, capable of installing hacks from this site?
