0xfe61a0  VLDR            S16, [R0] ---> VMOV.F32 S16, #31.0 (expands aim assist range *width*)
0xfe6244  BLX             R9        ---> MOV R0, #1 (tricks the game into *always* checking for someone to aim at instead of only when you see someone)
