Help/Support Bootloop iOS 9.3.5

I'm not sure what just happened to my old iPhone 4S but it just went into a bootloop, i managed to use SSH to reboot it but now I don't know how to uninstall the tweak without Jailbreaking it again  Any help is appreciated.

I'm scared to jailbreak it because I won't be able to reboot it.

Not anymore, my dumbass panicked and rebooted it

I guess you need to restore 

or search online for how to escape bootloop

my ipad mini used to go into bootloops during jailbreak, what i did was install a fresh ispw through itunes and now my ipad works like a charm with jailbreak

Boot into safe mode and uninstall the tweak.
