Help/Support Ios 11.1.2 erase all content and settings

Hello there just wanted to ask my iphone 7 plus 64 gb has 38 GB occupied by data and the storage does not even decrease after deleting all apps and photos ..... so can i reset my phone using the option in settings to erase all content and settings ...... and would it help
I am jailbroken with electra v1.0.2

Don't do it on a jailbroken device. Coolstar is working on a new version of semi-restore compatible with 11.0-11.1.2. Remember when you jailbroke your phone it created a system snapshot for exactly that purpose

Use semi restore 11 (once electra is compatible with it)

Thank you guys for helping me..... any idea how much time will it take .... and does semi restore needs shsh blobs because i deleted them by mistake

I don't know but I assume he's busy with more important stuff right now. You won't need SHSH blobs

Go to Settings/General/Storage - Check in there for large un-needed files like IOS updates, thats where they are stored when you have updated youre phone, wont release much, couple of gig, but its always worth just deleting any files there that arent actually in use, dont know if you have done this already, but id go check anyway, it may account for space being used up.
