Help/Support Method https has died unexpectedly! Electra Jailbreak Error

[Rook 567.2k iPad Pro (2nd gen) 17.4 Donor]

I have previously used Electra BETAs (not RC), and upon updating essential packages, I did notice it said something about some files already existing (I cannot remember which exactly) and froze on the installation screen. I had to close and re-open Cydia and then this error came up:

Method https has died unexpectedly!
Sub-process https returned an error code (100)
Method /usr/lib/apt/methods/https did not start correctly
Method https has died unexpectedly!

Using iPhone X on iOS 11.1.2.

Used WinSCP and was able to fix it using that! 

FilzaEscaped should work fine too, as long as you can install the .deb file from that topic.

any help my iphone just not loading any apps so i reset and now not starting just boot loop any help?
