I'm using iFunBox 1.5, IOS 8.3 iPhone 6 Plus, OSX Yosemite, and iTunes 12.1 and while iFunbox recognizes my phone, I'm not able to access any of the user apps/doc/libraries. When I click on an app I just get an ad page but no access to the files. I tried iMazing and iTools to no avail.

It happens the same thing to me, i'm using the latest version of iFunBox on Windows and Yosemite and with my iPhone 6 and iOS 8.3 i'm not able to access to any application files.

I want to copy all my whatsapp files and i'm not able because i van't access them

iOS 8.3 is a recent update which was released not even a day ago, wait for some time for the app developers of iFunBox etc to release an update for it as apple seems to have changed some file system again. I hope there will be a update soon. As for now, there can't be anything done except to have patience and pray that the update for iFunBox , iTools comes fast

same goes to me. I've updated the lastest ios 8.3 but phone clean,ifunbox just screw up.

hey guys i want to tell you that ifunbox doesn't work on ios 8.3 so better people who use ifunbox don't upgrade your device if you did then don't worry i'll tell you how to downgrade your ios 8.3 to ios 8.2 please follow the steps:

1) go to www.ipsw.me 

2) select your device (eg. iPhone 6 plus or whatever device you are using)

3) select ios 8.2 and download it is you see it in green line or if u see green tick it means you can downgrade your ios8.3 and if you see red line it means you can't downgrade your ios 8.3

4) save ios 8.2 in your windows or mac

5) open itunes and go to summary of your device in itunes in mac or windows

6) hold shift and click on update make sure "Find my iPhone" should be off on your device

7) Then your device will start to upgrade on ios 8.2 please don't disconnect your device until process finished your device will restart

8) after restart you can see your device is downgrade to ios 8.2 

i know guys you are dissapoint because jailbreak haven't release for ios 8.1.3, 8.2, 8.3 yet so please donot ugrade your device to ios 8.3 until its jailbreak release

guys if your ios 8.2 software downloading is crushing you should download and install star downloader or getright download manager it will be easy and fast if your downloading stopped or crush it will start where it stopped it will be easy for you guys

i know this moring i was playing around on my ipad and i got a message sayin "new update available" i didnt up date and ifunbox was working perfect then i update come back and when i go on an app in ifunbox it blank like no documents folder or anything
