Definitely not. The game gives you the equivalent of 20 summons and 1 guaranteed 5* as starting gifts not including the story characters. There is a person who has completed more or less everything in the game without summoning even once (and definitely not spending anything).

There's no "chat" as such in the game (as it's technically a Nintendo game) but they are adding "alliances" with a sort of chat soon (I don't know exactly how it works)

Once you're good enough, you can auto nearly all the content in the game (even as free to play), however, there is a co-op mode in the game where you play with 3 other players. That  mode cannot be done as auto and requires manual work. 

You also get 3 skip tickets daily which can be used to skip some content.

 

Also, for example, the current event has 2 types of fights, a raid and a boss battle. Raids require co-op energy called "Getherwings" and boss battles require normal energy (stamina). They made it so that raids now DROP stamina as a reward (in the form of "honey" which can be used to restore stamina), and boss battles drop getherwings (in the form of "ethon ashes" which can be used to get getherwings).

This event actually gives you MORE energy the more you play it. So if you grind it out, you can technically get more and more energy in both forms.

There seems to be an issue with the speedbost, and godmode stopped working if the enemy had either revenge set, or a skill that attacks when someone of their party gets attacked (monkey king wind), could you take a look? @Archangel04

Note: there was a very small update today 1MB or such (still version 5.02)

1) what's the issue with speedboost?

And 2) il take a look. Replicating it means I need to clear half of toa probably till I get martial cat stage

For #2. I tested it with wind golem's revenge skill activated. It still nullified enemy damage except dots which it never nullified

As for #1, it worked fine too
