For some reasons the godmode doesn't work if you're faced with a Death Knight and it simply doesn't do damage.

Also: What's the Antiban function really about? Because you can clearly get banned.

Let me guess, the Death Knight is dark? 

Passives which reduce damage of other heroes are currently linked. So basically enable speed hack and disable godmode to kill Diaz first and then the rest can be done normally.

 

Antiban doesn't prevent ban. It just makes it so you won't get banned by hack tool detection. 

 

There's no way to prevent bans except by playing it smart
