Help/Support SSL : -9836 error when refreshing repositories

I am getting this error for each github repos added on cydia. Is there any solution for this?

Make sure everything is done loading before trying to install everything. 

If you are unsure, go into the repo area and tap refresh.

I am getting this error when refreshing repos, not installing. I've searched a little bit and people say this is a developer side issue, but it is same for days, and i saw others facing the same issue. It is only for github repos, so i read a comment about github updated their some certificates and cydia can't answer it right or something like that.

I’m having same issue on my IP8 on 12.0.1 “SSL -9807 error it’s doing my head in andone have a fix for it ?
