After you reached a certain level (I believe it’s 60) you won’t get any more plane crash events.

As for airdrops it’s usually 2/3 per day. Make sure you use your energy and keep going to location to see if it pops up

The raw materials for C4 is not in the game files or available yet. So crafting C4 is not a possibility in the game, YET. So don’t craft c4. Likely your account will get stuck and possibly banned.
