It can be anywhere on the screen and on any screen, doesn't have to be when you get an offer.

So weird...I got this to work wonderfully the first time and now for whatever reason I cannot get the menu to pop up again.  I've used these types of hacks before so I understand how to activate them, but havent been able to bring it back up since the first time.  I'm logged in and triple tapping, nothing.  Tried reinstalling both the hack and the game, nothing.  Thoughts?
