How do I clear my inbox?

I have one question how to do you clear your inbox of all the junk but keep some of the stuff in it so you can grab more if you need. an example I have a crap ton of iron hatchets in my inbox and they don't go away when clicked on but what I want to keep is like the C4, Health packs gas and etc... but only the good stuff like I don't need the gas tank anymore but it won't go away

how do you disable and enable???

Is it a mod menu? Then disable the feature in it.

Is it a patcher? Disable it through your Settings app.

Is it a tweak? (No settings) Uninstall the tweak.

I don't know what it is I tried the patcher but I don't know how to disable it the through settings can you walk me through it
