OMG help I downloaded a tweak called backgrounder and I restarted my springboard but now the apple logo showed up and went away and now just black screen nothing I can't do anything help please.

Backgrounder doesn't support iOS 8.

Boot into safe mode and uninstall it or restore your iPad.
