Stuck in the introduction phase

So i played the game for a few minutes, did my first PvP battle and now I am being forced to upgrade Lock to level 2 for 10 Versus Coins, but I only have 6 Versus Coins, the game then insists on telling me to use 1 Diamond but I don't have any. I tried buying Diamonds from the store, but it doesn't let me buy any. 

Is there any way around this problem?

The third time I opened the game, it didn't log me in and redirects me to a Gameloft page that tells me I got banned.
