Since the hack works again,

here's explanation for House Upgrade for anybody wondering.

 

To use Favour to upgrade, you have to have 80% of total matarial not including Plank.

 

For example, if you need 50+50+50+50+100 = 300 (depends on your job(house type) you will have one material much more than others),

you need to have 300 * 80% = 240 material before "Use Favour" button to appear.

And it doesn't matter which material you have, as long as you meet the amount.

So, you can have 50+50+50+50+40 or 0+50+50+50+90 or any other way.

And again, number of Plank is not calculated when you use Favour to Upgrade.

It doesn't use plank when upgrade with Favour.
