Help/Support Cannot connect to game server with hack

Without the hack installed with my iPhone X I can connect and play. 

When I try to connect with my iPad with the hack installed it never connects. 

Using the same account. 

Anyone else have this problem?

Yes sir. It kicks me out at the first pop up when it says it's loading (about 1 out of 3-5 times).

You're having troubles loading the hack, perhaps try to persist opening the game. Sometimes it takes a few tries to actually load in properly. If you're getting the crash when the login screen is supposed to popout that's normal. Just keep trying. 

Else troubleshoot. 

Reboot, Rerun, Reinstall
