    Well unfortunately my little brother is abased with restoring gadgets so well with no surprise he he restored the laptop as well :(

    nope. Its how it worked for me on my ipad 1st gen. dont know about you guys but i am running 5.1.1 . If that app had previously worked on iOS 5 then it will surely work on ipad 1st gen even if it will

    You can't do anything about it then afaik. Try contacting the Developer. He might help you with a version for your iPad 1st Generation.
