If you downloaded the app from your Apple ID on your previous device,

Step #1: Log in to App Store with the same Apple ID.

Step #2: Launch App Store on your iPad.

Step #3: Tap on Purchased button from the bottom of the screen.

Step #4: Tap on Not on This iPad.

Step #5: Tap on Cloud icon next to app that you want to re-install and you are done.

You can log on the same account on both ipad and Go to settings app then click on the iTunes and App store. You should see automatic download and turn on the "App". Whenever you download on ipad, it will show up on other ipad :3

Sorry Guys for not giving the full information.

Actually my dad owns an iPad 1st Gen which is on like ios 5.1.1 as well as an iPad 4th Gen running ios 8.2

So my brother recently restored my dad's 1st Gen iPad and as you know not many apps are compatible with ios 5.1.1 , now the problem is that Goodreader is no longer compatible with ios 5.1.1 but the iPad 4th Gen luckily has got the last compatible version of Goodreader installed on it.

Please Help Me OUT!!!

Crack it using Clutch and install it on your 1st gen iPad using iFunBox. Hopefully, it's jailbroken?

Another way can be to sync via iTunes so it creates a copy of the IPA in your Music folder on your PC and then install the IPA on 1st gen iPad without the need of Jailbreak.

That should have worked.

The 2nd method without Jailbreak.
