So I noticed that quite some people (even me) have had problems installing save game cheats on non jailbroken devices. Because you are not jailbroken, you have to enable UIFileSharing in the info.plist file, found in the app contents. Once that has been done, though, you are no longer able to side load the edited app (at least thats what happens on a mac OS X). Today I figured out a very simple fix:

When you have done editing, instead of recompressing the folder, select all the items in the folder and (without creating a new folder) compress them. Once that has been done, rename the 'archive.zip' to 'archive.ipa'. Everything should now work fine!
