Help/Support Issue on Facebook App

iDevice: iPad 4
iOS Version: 7.0.4

CLICK ON THE FACEBOOK LOGO TO GO ON THE APPSTORE FOR MORE INFOS.

Hi all..
I have a little problem on my Facebook App..
I tried to log-in Facebook with this game: Dragons: Rise Of Berk ... the game say:

"For login,upadate the privacy's settings: Go to the "Settings" of your device,select "Privacy",then Facebook and be sure that "DRAGONS" are on!"

I followed the steps..but there aren't nothing..

This happens with every game that support the Facebook Log-in..(ex: Hay Day,Mutants)..

I searched on Google and they recommended me to eliminate the account in the Settings..
When I go in the Setting -> Facebook -> And tap on "Eliminate Acount" .. the system popup this message:

Anyone can help me on how can i resolve this issue?..

NOTE: I TRIED YET TO REINSTALL AND TO RESTORE THE iDevice.

Hello,

Your Privacy settings are completely empty which they're not supposed to be. Did you say restoring doesn't fix this problem?

Have you disabled the Restrictions in Settings > General > Restrictions?
