No it's not patched at all. It still works like a charm.

The card level was always to its true level (every time you logged into game) because of the server side checks, since the first version of the hack

Whenever u play the game though, you can lvl the cards to maximum by just pressing upgrade and cancel, thus not spending boosters/gold and you are good to go.

This hack is as great as it was since day one and nothing has been patched. Works perfectly!
