Dual Shock 4 Controller not visible via Bluetooth

    Hello guys !

     

    I have a Playstation 4 controller and wanted to pair it with my laptop to play some games with it but I ran into a problem. On every tutorial how to connect it it says I have to go to my Bluetooth Settings (Devices and Printers) and add a new device.

     

    Following the instructions I have to press the PS-Button and the Share button for 5 seconds until there's a white blinky light and my controller should be visible as new divice. Well, that works and I was really confident when my controller was blinking. Unfortunately when I clicked on adding a new device, my controller was just not visible or not detected whatever.

     

    This only happened to me when I tried to connect my Dual Shock 4 controller wireless. Using my micro cable and DS Tool 1.2.2 it succesfully paired but that's not the solution I want !

     

    Have you any idea why it doesn't how up when adding the new device? Do you had the same problem?

     

    Leave some suggestions please, everything is welcome

    it never worked for me either so i use the cable. then use xpadder to set up the buttons.

    Yes. I also came across a Bluetooth Settings setup on my laptop which claimed to install some Bluetooth drivers. I was lake "Oh that must be it" but it asked me to connect a Bluetooth device and also that didn't work..

    I don't think you've setup Bluetooth properly on your laptop...

     

    Can your laptop or iPhone detect each other?

    Or any other Bluetooth enabled device if no iPhone is available :3

    You're right. I recently downloaded a driver update for my Bluetooth but I can't figure out how to properly install the drivers again. It asks me on the driver installation to connect a Bluetooth device but I dont know which or how

    You need to Google your laptop model and find it's bluetooth drivers from an official page or maybe a driver scanner tool might help?

        📖 iOS Installation Instructions

        STEP 1: Download the .deb hack file from the link above. Use Safari, Google Chrome or other iOS browsers to download.
        STEP 2: Once the file has downloaded, tap on it and then you will be prompted on whether you want to open the deb with iGameGod or copy it to Filza.
        STEP 3: If needed, tap on the downloaded file again, then select ‘Normal Install’ from the options on your screen.
        STEP 4: Let iGameGod/Filza finish the cheat installation. If it doesn’t install successfully, see the note below.
