Help/Support Missing Jailbroken Icons (iOS 9.3.3)

Hello there, I'm having this issue on my jailbroken iOS 9.3.3 iPad Air 2. For some reason, when I deleted a tweak, all my jailbroken icons were gone. Ex: Cydia, AppCake, Filza 

All the apps from Cydia are not on my homescreen, but they are still in my system. For now, I have to rely on Activator. Thank you anyone if you know how to fix this bug/glitch. (I think I f*cked up my device)

have you tried to go into safemode? maybe  it’s a tweak

What tweak did you delete? and what tweaks did you use?

 

Also, I faced this issue on my ios 7 device back when I jb'd it
clearing cache usually works. There's a tweak to clear your cache, try downloading that and installing it on your device using another program. (because Cydia is gone)

Actually, I still have Cydia.

Actually, Download iWipe Cache

 

if iWipe Cache doesn't work (Which i'm sure it will) 

Go to terminal and run (ssh but it will maybe work with Terminal app)

su -c uicache mobile

@BrianSlays29 If you have CyDown installed it has a button for it otherwise you can just enter 'uicache' into terminal and it should reload all the springboard icons.
