Help/Support [Question] Stay On IOS9 or Go to IOS11 ?

So im on IOS 9.0.2 Do you guys think i should upgrade to ios 11 i do have shsh back ups for ios 10-11 but i dnt have shsh back up for my ios 9.0.2 ? i want to update my phone to ios 11 to get some apps and emoji's. 

some tweaks dnt work on ios 9.0.2 i do have a back up iDevice ios 8.4.1 and ios 9.3.3 soo update or stay

Go to iOS 9.3.3 or stay it worth it to be jailbroken over new emojis    ...which i'm sure there's tweaks for anyway.

but i only have shsh from ios 10 to ios 11 and i have ios 9.3.3 on my ipod 32bit

Stay on iOS 9 you aren't missing much, but you will be missing a lot if you do.
