Help/Support How to Get Really Good Quality on The Camera App (Apple)

Does anyone know how to get really good (HD) quality in the CAMERA app? When I always take a picture or record, it's a little blurry. I want to make it like 4K quality if I can. I'm in the iPad Air 2 so, can somebody please help me? Like for an example, give me a tweak from Cydia or either make your own so it can force the quality to 1080p - 4K            THANKS!

Just have good lighting and make sure there's nothing on the camera lens. You can tap to focus also.

It should already be taking photos at a high resolution way above 1080p, the camera should be like 8 MP or something which is close to 4k.

Take close shot photos, focus up on one point and a grand way of talking good photos is that press the UP volume button instead of the white big button to take a photo. So your photo doesnt get shaky
