I cleaned up my inbox and deleted all what was in there includeing all packs. And now if i wanna buy new i get msg that service is currently unavailable try again later ? Is it my problem or noone can buy any packs?

The Free Store hack won't work, the developer of the app has disabled the store. 

The Free Store only works sometimes it's on and off, you just have to keep trying
