I cant jailbreak my ipad i tried the phoenix thing it wont connect to the computer(laptop) i cant download NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED!??I really want to jailbreak my ipad its an ios 9.3.5

Download NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED! and go in to NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED! Apps and just look for Electra and if that doesn’t work try other apps that in the description tells you the iOS version that you need in the NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED! Apps

Yes you need itunes for Impactor to load the phoenix ipa.

Also is your device 32 bit or 64? What iPad do you have?
