Can someone explain it to me properly? I can't understand what he's saying...

after i search 2592000 in iGG then what's next? Help please and mobile phone desktop means i need to have bluestack on computer and download nfs from there??

Just do the search, change all result to 0 and go back to game. It will syn with server and give u 200gold. Press home button and go back to game again to get reward again. Repeat as long as u like?
