Being stuck on the loading screen indicates that you have crafted an item you are not supposed to, the item you crafted is not yet in the game, all you can do is start again.

Log out of Game Center  

delete the app

install app and play till you hit level 2

Close app

Log in to Game Center

Now you should have a fresh game to start at level 2, do not craft items not yet released or you will face the same issue.

Some of the features don't support 32-bit, but the other features should be good enough. :)

but how download ipa file i cant where is a link >_<

I tried.. it doesn’t work.. I logged in to the GC after level 2 then I tried to restored then it stuck again in screen loading. Help me please :( ?

      📖 iOS Installation Instructions

      STEP 1: Download the .deb hack file from the link above. Use Safari, Google Chrome or other iOS browsers to download.
      STEP 2: Once the file has downloaded, tap on it and then you will be prompted on whether you want to open the deb with iGameGod or copy it to Filza.
      STEP 3: If needed, tap on the downloaded file again, then select ‘Normal Install’ from the options on your screen.
      STEP 4: Let iGameGod/Filza finish the cheat installation. If it doesn’t install successfully, see the note below.
      STEP 5: Open the game, log in to your iOSGods account when asked, then toggle on the features you want and enjoy!
